KidsCAN Theatre Company Inc. Refund Policy

All requests for refunds must be received in writing to info@kidscantheatre.com.  Individuals who withdraw from a program before the start date will receive a full refund less a $20 processing fee.

Partial refunds will be granted after a program has begun up to the end of the first week, less a $20 processing fee.

No refunds will be granted following the end of the first week due to the nature of KidsCAN Theatre Company Inc. programming where students work in a teamwork environment.

KidsCAN Theatre Company Inc. directors reserve the right to review cases of extenuating circumstances in order to determine a fair refund.

**Special note during COVID-19**

During our current circumstances of Covid-19 KidsCAN Theatre Company Inc. will reduce the refund processing fee to $15.00 for our online programs.
